Cancellation and Refund
At Aqaya Dubai, we understand that plans can change. Please note our policy regarding order cancellations
- Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placement. After this window, we begin preparing your food, and cancellations can no longer be accepted.
- Refund: For all successfully cancelled orders, refunds will be processed promptly to your original payment method. It may take 48 hours from the bank to process the same.

Return Policy
- Food Returns: Returns are accepted only for incorrect or spoiled food items.
- Process: You must contact us at info@aqayadubai.com within 1 hour of delivery to request a return or replacement.
